Bruno passed away shortly before this commission was placed. His owners sent a folder of phone photographs and, together, we chose the one with his characteristic head tilt.

Pet portraits need the same attention as human ones: the eyes carry the likeness, and the fur is rendered strand by strand so that the texture reads correctly from across the room.
